At The Lurline Group (comprised of The Lurline & The Blenheim Randwick), we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Some of the additional measures we have put in place to protect our guests and staff are listed below.

COVID-19 Policy

Please be aware the Lurline group in line with NSW health recommendations has implemented several measures, including health and safety protocols, in response to COVID-19 that may impact your travel.

These may include mandatory health declarations, proof of vaccinations, use of face masks, QR checkin and mandatory quarantine (All costs associated with a mandatory quarantine order are at your own expense).

Stay Without Human Contact

We are now offering a completely contactless stay. Here’s how it works:

  • Guests check-in by picking up their room key from a lockbox. The lockbox is sanitised multiple times per day.
  • On check-out, guests simply leave the key in the room and close the door behind them.

Additional Cleaning Measures

  • Increased hospital-grade cleaning of all public areas and high-frequency touchpoints throughout our hotel.
  • Housekeeping teams have been issued with hospital-grade antibacterial products and implemented additional cleaning procedures to ensure all individual rooms are cleaned to the highest standards.

24 Hour Bookings & Check-in

We are also able to accommodate after hours bookings and check-in.
