Yes, if you arrive prior to 2PM and your room is not ready, we would be happy to store your luggage in our luggage room.

FLEXIBLE: If you have booked the Best Available Rate, cancellation is free of charge until 2pm, 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Any booking modifications, including date changes and/or a full cancellation of your booking made within 48 hours of 2pm on your arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the value of the first night booked. Any booking modifications requested after check in must occur at least 48 hours prior to the change taking place to avoid any charges. Payment will be taken upon check-in.
NON-REFUNDABLE: If you have booked a non-refundable or promotional rate (including all Stay & Save rates), any cancellation will incur the full cost of the booking. Booking modifications, including date changes are not allowed. Non-refundable bookings will be charged in full upon confirmation.
NO SHOW POLICY: Failure to arrive at the property on the booked check-in date will be treated as a no-show and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled. If you have booked the Best Available Rate, you will incur a charge equivalent to the first night of the booking. If you have booked a non-refundable or promotional rate, you will be charged the full cost of the booking.
BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: For bookings made on the Best Available Rate, booking changes are subject to availability and any applicable charges. If a date change is possible, the originally booked nightly rate may be subject to change and a higher rate may apply.
For bookings made on any non-refundable or promotional rate, booking modifications are not allowed.
NEW YEARS EVE BOOKINGS: If any night falls between 30th December and 1st January (inclusive), your booking requires full prepayment on confirmation and is non-refundable. Bookings during this period should by default have a non-refundable policy, however should this be unclear, this clause would supersede others. Modifications and/or cancellations are strictly not allowed.

A shared guest kitchen with basic facilities is available.

Shared laundry facilities are available for guests to use at an additional cost.

Limited parking is available at The Lurline at a cost of $25 per car per day. These spaces cannot be guaranteed so please call our reception directly to discuss before your arrival.
Other than that, unfortunately, Randwick only offers on-street parking with limited time restrictions.
The closest underground option is a 3-min walk: the Royal Randwick Shopping Centre, 180 Avoca St. The first 2 hours are free – $35 for 7+ hours.
There is also a second underground parking:‘The Spot’ Wilson Parking, 49-55 St Pauls St, next to the Ritz cinema (6-min walk). The fIrst 30 min are free and then it is $4/hour – $20 for 3+ hours. There is an ‘Early Bird’ price of $12 from Monday to Friday with entry between 6 am & 11 am and exit between 2 pm & 7 pm. Please check with the parking station for current prices; 1800 727 546.
